Dit is een heerlijke chocolade, erg laag in koolhydraten, maar om mee te bakken...rekening houden met het vetgehalte, dat is te laag om als chocolade in bonbons ed te gebruiken, in cake gaat het wel. De oplossing: cacaoboter toevoegen!
