Suggested Use

Take one serving of C4 Ultimate (2 level scoops) mixed with 700ml of water 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed recommended dose of 1 serving per day.

This is the best pre-workout I have ever had. I have previously tried NO Xplode, Assault, Ronnie Coleman, Evlution nutrition shred. But this is the best.
