Ripped also includes chromium and choline, important in macronutrient and fat metabolism, in addition to green tea and chili powder – popular ingredients for anyone with body composition goals. Available in a range of great-tasting flavours.

Caffeine enhances physical and mental performance

Caffeine, one of the most popular pre-workout ingredients, is commonly found in tea and coffee and is proven to increase your endurance performance. To get the best results take 3 mg/kg bodyweight at least one hour prior to exercise but make sure you avoid other caffeine for at least 24 hours beforehand. Combined, the mental and physical benefits of caffeine give you the energy, focus and drive to succeed!

De ripped pre workout helpt mij om vb na een vermoeiende dag een zware interval en of krachttraining succesvol af te werken!! Soms heb ik van die dagen, druk op het werk ( verpleegkundige) weinig tijd om te eten en te drinken... thuis komen van een shift en meteen een training willen afronden.. met deze pre workout voel je de energie fitheid in heel je lijf komen.
