Fortunately, we've found a happy medium for you: a protein-rich cake.

After all the effort you put into building muscle, you'll need plenty of protein, and your muscles are eager to grow. But you wouldn't say no to a piece of cake either. The solution: a cake packed with protein — the best of both worlds. Because every now and then, you get tired of drinking nothing but water and shakes. Put your kitchen skills to the test and enjoy your creation while boosting your gains.

Preparation method:
- Cut the Smart Bars into bite-sized pieces
- Melt the coconut oil and Smart Bars together in one pan (as smooth as possible)
- Line a springform pan with baking paper and spread the mixture
- Put the mixture in the fridge
- Melt the lemon juice and 8 gelatin sheets in another pan
- Once the mixture is smooth, remove from the heat, add 1 tablespoon of quark, mix well and then set aside
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Whey Perfection (Creamy Coconut), 450 g of cottage cheese and coconut yoghurt.
- Once smooth, add the lemon juice and cottage cheese mixture (stir as you pour) and then remove the Smart Bar Crunchy base from the fridge and pour the cake mix over it.
- Smooth it all out in the mold and place the cake in the fridge for about 3 hours
- Carefully remove the cake from the tin
- Sprinkle with coconut flakes and lemon zest
- Enjoy!
